Aaron B.R. Drury is the founder of Drury Family Law, a solutions-based family and divorce law firm with offices in Alberta and Ontario. Aaron founded the firm in Southwestern Ontario with a focus on helping families move forward after separation with clear advice, practical strategy, and strong advocacy when needed.

Aaron’s practice is devoted to family law. He assists clients with parenting arrangements, decision-making responsibility, child support, spousal support, property division, financial disclosure, high-net-worth disputes, relocation, cross-provincial issues, mediation, arbitration, and appeals.

Family law disputes often affect every part of a person’s life: their children, finances, home, income, and future stability. Aaron’s priority is to give clients practical advice from the outset so they understand the issues, the risks, and the options available to them. His approach is direct, prepared, and focused on helping clients make informed decisions at each stage of their case.

Aaron has experience with complex family litigation, difficult appeal work, and multi-jurisdictional disputes. Drury Family Law has represented clients in family law matters in Alberta and Ontario and has assisted litigants in the Supreme Court of Canada. The firm has also acted in complex property disputes involving significant assets, corporate structures, trusts, and allegations of concealed property.

In addition to litigation and appeals, Aaron works with clients to resolve disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution where appropriate.
